Which Science Museum?

WhaleyAwesome · 29/08/2021 13:59

If you mean the Science Museum in South Kensington then there are quite a few options.

Leon's (though only has a small upstairs seating area) is always good, and reasonably priced.
Comptoir Libanais (Lebanese / Middle Eastern - try and book if you are going to be there at a busy time).
The V and A William Morris rooms; arrive early though, particularly in busy times - you cannot book tables.
Wagamamas - Kensington Hight Street
Carluccios (South Kensington Station, just south of the Station)

There’s a food court just round the corner from the Dirty bones restaurant in Kensington.

There are lots of places to eat on exhibition Road, le pain quotidien, there is a creperie, comptois libonais and others. There is a Leon and Pret right near South Ken Station, amongst other eateries.

Thanks very much everyone. Yes the South Kensington one. Any independent places would be good, it’s always a bonus if we can do something we couldn’t do at home.

daquise.co.uk - interesting history

And loads of places in that area between South Ken tube and the museums

Effybriest · 29/08/2021 14:53

We went to 'honest burgers', was great.

Superfoodie123 · 29/08/2021 15:23

We went there and to comptoir the other day. Decent kids menu with desert. Also honest burger is fab

meringue33 · 29/08/2021 18:06

Thanks! Brindisa looks promising - hoping for a balance that will please the kids and the adults!
