I'm thinking of applying for a job at Boeing and wondering what their home/hybrid working policy is looking like. Does it give employees flexibility to work from home when appropriate to the role/activity/team, or mandate a fixed number of days in the office? Google doesn't seem to have a definitive answer, so perhaps they haven't got a clear policy yet, but it would be good to know which way the eind is blowing.
