Cooked chicken - is this safe?

Roasted a chicken for tea then left it in switched off oven (so warm but cooling) for 1.5 hours then got it out, carved the rest now it's cooling. Is it still safe to eat? Reheat? If I put it in the fridge as soon as it's cold?

Of course it is! Why would it not be? People ate chickens before refrigerators.
