It definitely helped me... I had had almost constant anxiety after DH had been diagnosed with cancer at Xmas. He's well now, complete remission but the anxious feelings hadn't left. I went to this swanky place for a full destress and started taking these pills and honestly a couple of days after the constant butterflies I had in my stomach FINALLY pissed off It may have been a placebo thing and I'm definitely still quick to get anxious in situations I would've normally sailed through but I do think the ashwagandha helped me, if only psychologically

Thanks @freedompeaches maybe I need to take two a day instead of just one. I was hoping they would help with anxiety but not so far.

Looks like could be one of those drugs that was considered legal highs, as mentioned before psychoactive substances. We see them often and they come all differently packaged (work in mh many use an assortment of drugs)

In the past year they have risen in popularity due to supply issues
