He just shrugged when I asked why he had it but thinking back I remember seeing some targeted ads on insta saying ashwagandha can 'improve sexual function' omg so maybe that was his goal!

As for how he stumbled across them, we have recently moved house so all our stuff is all over the place and he was looking through the bathroom boxes to find his stuff and must've seen them.

Oh OP, this has made me laugh. If it makes you feel any better a few weeks back I was cleaning DS16's room and found a few little square sticker type things that you could peel open and had these round shapes inside. I immediately panicked and my stupid brain thought they might be some kind of drug. Anyway, long story short they turned out to be little puncture stickers for bike tyres that were part of a bike repair kit I had indeed purchased myself for son. Both DP and son thought it was hilarious and we have now renamed the repair kit 'The Acid Tabs'.

I’ve never seen anything like that. When I was 16 I tried some herbal tablets from Holland and barret for a UTI and my mum found one in my bag and confronted me thinking it was drugs so who knows?

My mum did that once to me, she took a pill to the drs.
It was my contraceptive pill and I felt really violated 😔 Please consider next time when you incidentally find his stuff and not just put it back but start interrogating or even asking around.

My Mother accused me of drug taking in the early 1990s when she found the remnants of the Body Shop's Powdered Camomile Hair rinse in my bin.

My eldest brother was in the army and one time when he left to go on tour, my other brother found what looked like an old camera film container, but it was filled with white tablets with tissue pushed down.
We hid the container until he came home on leave (months later)
When we confronted him, he proceeds to laugh at use and explain they were anti malaria tablets and the tissue was in there to stop them from rattling when on duty, he them promptly went downstairs and told our parents what we had done, much to our embarrassment 😳.
Decided right then never to cover for him again 😃

Reminds me of the time I found a bag of grey powder in my 15 year old daughters camp bag after a scout weekend away. All sorts going through my head. I'm sitting her down to have it out with her and she's laughing hysterically while I'm going mad shouting at her to take it seriously etc etc.

Turns out at her scouts they take a little bag of the camp fire ashes to sprinkle on the next fire at the next camp. Can't remember why but yeah her scout leading who also found it highly amusing confirmed it all much to me embarrassment lol 🙈😂
