I have stopped all my incidental shopping, no coffee stops. I've been meeting my friends for walks, runs , cycle rides, yoga at my house instead of pub or cafes.
I have not bought any clothes for months deliberately. I don't need any.

I'm not going to be cautious for ever but I have set my self a target of having 50k saved by December and I'm nearly there.

A beginner's jewellery making kit including tools, findings, beads and instructions for making 10-12 simple items. I've nearly finished them and have really enjoyed it. Next project is mending stuff I've broken years ago but couldn't bear to chuck, then going to treat myself to some nice beads to make up.

A writing set for my mum who has moved into a home and likes receiving letters. It's a document organiser and I'm filling it with blank cards, envelopes, notepaper, stamps and pens with the addresses of all the family printed inside so it's easy to find them.

Our local farm shop sold out at Christmas, like about a week before hand, there was uproar on all the surrounding areas FB pages. One of the guys at the rugby club hasn't been back he was so pissed off.
