Bit of background. Have had gynaecology issues and treatment and not had a period for 10 months until yesterday when it came back with a vengeance. Very heavy and needing to change a super tampon every hour and a half. Also using a pad. An on waiting list for further treatment.

Anyway, tonight I went social dancing (salsa). Fully prepared and plenty of supplies.

Was dancing with the guest teacher (I don't know him at all) when I felt a gush, thought I'd be OK till the end of the song but then I noticed small dark dots on the dance floor. Massive panic, thought I was leaking and dripping down my legs and dress.

Cue dramatic and tearful exit leaving a very confused and possibly frightened man behind me. Grabbed my bag and coat and rushed to the toilets expecting my dress and legs to be covered.

Turns out I don't think it was me. Tampon was full but no evidence of leaking, nothing on my legs. Changed myself and drove home in tears. No way I could go back after that exit.

Now home with wine and chocolate.

Tell my I am not alone Blush
