Looking for some ideas on how I might go about finding an old friend. I saw something today that reminded me of him and I'd be interested in trying to get back in touch. Nothing bad happened between us, it just drifted as we both had things in our lives at the same time.
I tried messaging the number that I had for him but it's a different person so must have changed it since. I can't also remember his surname and the only mutual friend who introduced me to him has passed away.
I've tried going on Facebook with his first name and location but both are quite large variables (imaging trying to find a David in Nottingham for example). And no guarantee he still lives there, this was a couple of years ago since I last saw him. I don't really use facebook though so we weren't friends on there and mutual friend's profile has been disabled.
Any ideas?
