After 2 children I've returned to work, company have effectively demoted my role and it's sales commission based which when your nursery bill is £1200 a month puts a lot of pressure on each month to make enough money!
I'm ready for a change but I've only ever had this one job as an adult after uni and definitely don't want to go into more sales roles.
I work part time but thinking I could up my hours but work remotely as well as office based snd between myself and DH make it work around the kids.
I'm stuck where to start my search though so looking for inspiration from mumsnetters!
Looking through sites like Indeed makes me feel I'm not qualified for anything that is the earning potential I need!

I'm a NHS 111 call advisor. I work 3 evenings a week part time and I applied on a job site. I'm eventually planning on doing an MA in art therapy so the NHS route was perfect for me.

I found my current career completely by accident.

I'd taken redundancy from a very full on corporate role and was completely burned out. The plan was to take a year our and consider what to do next.

One afternoon DC were driving me mad so I announced I was going for a walk to the library. DC decided they'd come with me! So while I was waiting for them to choose their books, I flicked through the papers and publications and there it was.

I think a lot of that stuff is online now though.
