Best period pants for heavy flow?

So I have a very heavy period, I can't get on with a mooncup, so want to use period pants, what are the best ones?

I see modibodi do ones that hold 50ml and wuka do ones that hold 60ml, any reviews of these?

Thanks

I have a pair of modi bodi pants and they are great. Very good for a heavy flow. The gusset part only goes as far as a normal pad though iyswim. My cheeky wipes pants have the absorbent gusset all the way from front to back but at half the price of modi bodi I feel like they might not be quite so absorbent (can't give a review of this as I got pregnant the month after I bought them so haven't had chance to test Grin)

Modibodi are good. Bit weird wearing initially as the absorbent bit goes right up to top of knicker at back, only a little at front but I have really heavy periods (like a super tampon in less than an hour) and they so me overnight without leaks.

Thanks! I ideally want a gusset the whole way especially for sleeping!
