Spots

Can anyone help me with what these are please. I have quite a few in random parts of my body - foot, ankle, legs, chest and stomach. They are so sore and swollen bumps and before they come up it's like a very itchy rash. Had them for about 5 days now I think.
I don't know if it's spots, bites or stings ....any help would be appreciated thank you

Do you have any pets? Could they be flea bites?
