Something like Haven/centre parks but not?

We started a new business at the start of summer and haven't had a day off yet and won't until September.
We are looking to go away for a couple of days with the kids but looking on all these sites you have to check in on Monday and we cannot go until Wednesday and only want 2 nights. Any ideas of somewhere in the north west like this? We like Haven and Butlins so would like something like that.

I've heard of somewhere called bluestone in Wales.

Ribby Hall let's you do fri to mon and is better than center parks imho

Unfortunately we cannot do weekends which is our problem. We just want to go for 2 nights between tuesday and Friday.
