Forgot about a gammon joint in the slow cooker

And it boiled on high for about 15 hours. Do you think it will be safe to eat? About half of it was out of the water at the end.

I cook ours in no water at all, just sugar and mustard, so don’t worry about that.

It might be dry, but it won’t be unsafe.

If it was switched on all that time it’ll be safe to eat - but might not taste that great!
