Slimfast and breastfeeding...

Just posting here for traffic, not sure where this belongs! I've got some slimfast milkshakes which I'm looking to use on the go..some days I feel like I don't have 5 seconds to myself and can't be bothered to sort lunch/dinner for myself, so thought these meal replacements might be good just in the short term. It says if breastfeeding to talk to your doctor; is this just on the assumption you're restricting calories? Or is there something in them that's not okay for baby? I've looked at the ingredients and can't really see anything too bad there. Can anyone advise?

I wouldn't use slim fast, it's notoriously shit.
Have you looked at Huel?

Yes, the advice is it's pretty well known that it's shit and not going to be the best thing to be passing on 2nd hand through breastmilk 😁
