how do you get sheets and pillowcases crisp and lovely? Are they starched? And do you use big ironing presses?

All sheets and pillowcases in hotels I've worked at have been heavily starched.

I don't actually know because I didn't work in the laundry. I just knew that they used starch and some of those sheets were solid with it.
