Cameo video gift

I would like to order a video from DH's favourite celebrity from Cameo for his birthday in a couple of weeks. Can anyone who has done this help me with a couple of beginner questions?

How far in advance should I request it? Can I ask for it to be sent on his birthday rather than immediately?

I bought one for a work colleague. The celeb will normally state what their turnaround time is so I'd give yourself a buffer on that just in case. Incidentally, mine arrived much earlier than the person stated so that was good news.
I had it sent to me so I could watch it first to make sure it wasn't garbage then forwarded the link on to the person on the date I wanted - they were delighted

Brilliant, thank you so much. His idol's page states 3 days turnaround but the reviews nearly all say they received their video within 12 hours so he seems to be very responsive.

I think I'll do the same and have it sent to me so I can forward to DH on his birthday.
