How often do you get highlights?

My hair is naturally dark brown and I'm on week 9 and my roots are so grown again.
How often do you get yours done?
Also how often should I get a full head /half head etc ?

My roots are done every 6 to 7 weeks.

Never.

Between 8-12 weeks usually half head but occasionally full head .?

Every three months but I'm dark blonde anyway so the roots don't show too badly.

Every 6-8 weeks. Full head at the moment because I have some old box dye in my hair that I need to get rid of but once that's gone I'll do 2 half heads then 1 full head

Every 8 weeks, I alternate between full head and half head each appointment
