Claudia Lawrence new info

New info on the Claudia Lawrence case. I’ve been following this case since the very beginning, I’m really hoping the family finally get the closure that they deserve, it’s been far too long. It’s so sad that her father passed away without any closure or knowing what happened.

I hope so too, but I don't think it's a good idea to discuss it as it's an ongoing investigation.

I remember seeing her about on the campus as a student she was the chef at goodricke canteen. Awful what happened all these years ago.

Her poor Mum, this must be so hard on her, but I hope it gives her at least some answers to her many questions.

I have heard they know and have known who did it for years unfortunately can't get them
Due to lack of evidence. Must be very frustrating to the police and it wouldn't happen now what with all the cctv/ ring doorbell type technology

How awful for her mum, I wonder what triggered the new investigation.

Also, her mum remembered talk of “strange activity” in the woods in question nearby when Claudia first went missing but the police didn’t search even though several members of the public had told her of seeing suspicious activity there.

I hope their finally on to something! I agree with a previous poster, I think the police have their suspicions on who was involved but they just haven’t got enough evidence.
