Having cleared out a large bag of almost new clothes, I listed some of them on Vinted and within a few hours, a dress had sold to a new buyer.
New buyer paid postage straight away and I despatched the item the following day via Hermes, get the confirmation email that it has been received within a few hours.
All good so far, so it seems.
However, that was on 16th August and the only update I've had is from Vinted to say it's taking longer than usual. I've tracked the parcel several times and it is still stuck on "We've got it" status. Nothing from the buyer despite messaging yesterday to ask whether they've received the parcel
What happens next? It wasn't a lot of money, but that's not the point. It seems very unreliable and inefficient .
