Should I be concerned about these results?

I'm a mental health nurse, so some experience in reading them.

At furst glance they appear OK. The figures enclosed within [ ] show the normal range and the figures to the left of this is your reading, so your reading should be within the two numbers in [ ] so say a reading is 19.4 and the brackets say [15.3-29.6] then you're OK as your reading falls within that.

On top of that if they are abnormal there will also be indication so the GP can see it straight away, eg there maybe text in red or bold or an asterisk * sometimes saying H (high) or L (low)

Or there does appear to be something on some of your red blood cells/haemoglobin-not sure exactly what it is but seem to be slightly low-best check with your GP. You might be a bit anaemic.

Looks like you're anaemic and have low vitamin D

You shouldn't don't need to worry- just follow up with GP
They may ask you questions to see if there is a reason for the anaemia (eg. not enough in diet, heavy periods, any other bleeding you may have had/be having)
