Years ago I worked with a woman who looked exactly l like Linda Lusardi.The only difference was she was Scottish.
I once worked with a man who looked the image of the main male character in Family Guy but in human form.

My husband is the double of a young Oliver Reed.

I used to work with someone who was The Duchess of Cambridge’s double, and she was called Kate. I used to tell her to give up the day job and be a professional double.

My DH looks like a famous sportsman which can be amusing.

I worked with someone who was very similar looking to Mr Bean. He always did the odd mannerism of him when I least expected it. Was quite funny

My late dad looked very like Russ Abbott and used to get approached for his autograph.

My OH looked like Dr Who-era David Tennant in his 30s (both he and DT are a bit older now). We used to get free drinks at bars, it was brilliant.

I used to be compared to a young Vanessa Redgrave. Didn't get any free drinks out of it, though. Bit too niche.

About 3 months after I'd had my first child I was having my first baby free trip out to our nearest city to have some 'me time'.

I saw Sarah Ferguson across a market stall. I walked around the stall several times to get another look at her before I realised I was looking in the mirror of a hat stall.

We still look very similar 30 yrs later.

I've been in York quite a few times and tourists have assumed I am the Duchess of York 😳. I've been followed around the place and asked many times. Every now and then people do a double take with an expression of 'recognition' - to which I shake my head.

My ex brother in law is very similar to Trevor Eve, his son (my nephew) looks like Harry Styles!

Used to know someone who was identical to Boris Becker. It was ridiculous. He used to get freebies etc. Looked exactly like him.

I used to work with someone who looked like Kate Moss, she even had the off centre eyes. She’d go into shops and people would think it was KM she was her complete doppelgänger.

My friend looks a lot like David Blaine. In the early 2000s when David Blaine was doing his living In a glass box stunt, my friend and I unwisely went to a bar called The Box.

The whole bar was chanting at him "Blainey in the box, blainey in the box". It was quite awful actually.

Unused to look so much like Helen hunt. My father used to say he would watch mad about you when he missed me.

I used to date a guy who looked exactly like Jake Gyllenhaal, his absolute double. His nickname was Donnie 😂

I look like a mildly famous violinist (apparently), I don’t think I do, but then I know him and don’t particularly like him.

A colleague is the spitting image of Tina Fey, hair and everything.

I look like Alex Jones from the One show. I get told a lot especially when I've got a fringe and I'm welsh.

My cousin is the absolute spitting image of Henry Cavill. Whenever people add me as friends and have a nose through my wedding photos they ask me why the hell Henry Cavill was at my wedding. He knows he looks like him but just finds the whole thing funny - he’s posed for loads of photos for people who won’t accept he’s not Henry Cavill putting on a Cornish accent. It’s an odd experience walking down the street with him - he constantly gets double glances and whispers but I don’t know how much of that is due to people thinking he’s HC or how much it’s people just overwhelmed by the most ridiculously handsome man wandering about.

Poor lad hated it-he’d get teenagers chasing him down the street-he was really shy so struggled with it

I went to uni with twins who looked unbelievably like Claudia Schiffer.

On holiday, many years ago, there was another guest who looked like Trigger (Roger Lloyd-Pack). I also know someone who is the double of Rowan Atkinson. Not a celebrity but there was a father at the village primary school who could have been the twin of the Head - very odd when they were chatting in the playground.

DH is the spitting image of a young Christopher Reeve. He does get stopped a lot and told by members of the public.
