What is going on with my body

In May I had unprotected sex once and decided to take the morning after pill, he did not ejaculate but I was panicking.
I took it but the pharmacist explained I may already be ovulating. I booked an appointment to have the contraceptive implant.
She explained they would do it but I would have to take a pregnancy test 2 weeks later, I did and it was negative.
A month later I did another one to be sure and it was negative. I had a really heavy period for about two weeks not long after.
Since I've had the implant I have put so much weight on I have not weighed but my clothes hardly fit anymore. I have had many periods some heavy, some just pure black discharge for a few days.
Now I am experiencing bad stomach cramps and it feels like I'm having flutters almost like movement in my stomach.
I'm panicking I could be pregnant but also think I'm being paranoid.
Can't get an appointment and really unsure what to do at the moment. Has anyone had problems like this? Sad

you’d be too early to feel movement

Hi op. Try not too worry this is really far to early to feel any movement at all , it could be some gastro problem maybe reaction to implant or what have you.
Do another test if you want but you will only get answers once you've seen a gp really.

How long is it since you took a test ?

So I did a test about a month ago, I've had 2 periods in the space of 3 weeks since then too

You definitely need to speak to a GP about all the bleeding, that doesn’t seem right. Very unlikely to be pregnant if you’ve had negative tests. The weight gain could be due to the implant. Not all hormonal contraceptives agree with people, it’s common to have side effects like weight gain. But the bleeding seems a lot and I would insist on a GP appointment to discuss that.
