Nice school shoes for 14 year old girl?

What do your teens wear? We’ve Always bought Clarks lace up shoes but I’m just wondering whether to suggest something else this time and grateful for ideas if anyone has any

Why bot let her have a look online or in the shops and let her pick something she likes?

My dd wore Clarks Hamble oak shoes for few years

Same question!! Wide fit so always had to go to Clark's but she has outgrown it now and I don't know where to go

Hamble oaks are in the womens shoe department rather than kids

They all wear black shoes that are as close to trainers as they can get away with, at my DC's school.

One of mine wore Hamble Oaks all the way through secondary. The other one wears lace up Dr Martens.

She is welcome to look, we just aren’t near any physical shops and every time I find it hard getting her to find anything she likes ! Mind you she never likes trainers either which takes ages to find too

My dd has refused Clark’s for the last few years. She usually opts for ballet pumps not my choice but with teens I’ve learnt to pick my battles.

DMs? I think at our local secondary school they tend to wear DMs, Nike Air Force 1, brogues, ballet pumps or Vans. The school has loose rules on footwear, but v strict everywhere else, as long as shoes are all black. Not even a hint of any other colour…

Almost everyone at dds school wears black Nike Air Force 1s. I’m happy with that as they’re pretty durable and saves any arguments about shoes!
