Is it a nice place to live?

I love Lincoln. I don't live there but stay there a lot and know it fairly well. It's got a beautiful town centre and such a lovely community. I'd love to move there one day.

Yes, lovely. I am from south Lincs (don't even think about moving there) and have always loved Lincoln. Marvellous cathedral,, decent shops, history, some culture. A downside is that it is a bit isolated and not super well resourced, so to go to a gig you need to travel elsewhere and that might be quite a distance (just as an example).

Yes.

I live in a village nearby, but go to Lincoln for sightseeing and shopping. Lots of lovely places to live and visit.

Definitely recommend.

I no longer have school aged children so sorry but can’t comment on schools if that’s a factor for you.

Yes it's lovely. I agree with a previous poster with it being quite isolated. It's a bit out if the way to other busy or picturesque areas. It's a lovely city though.

Maybe a bit quiet but a lovely small city, some good schools in the city and nearby. What takes you there?
