Ended up having a very chilled out Sunday with quite a lot of wine! Did a food shop at Asda this morning & popped to Pets At Home for hay. Planned a roast for tea but felt too relaxed to start peeling spuds etc so we’re having pasta & pesto. Will do the chicken tomorrow. It’s incredibly garlicky; had to wrap it in a carrier bag so it wouldn’t stink the fridge out!
