What is this App someone showed me (iPhone photos showing as scanned documents)?

A few weeks ago, someone showed me a Hewlett Packard (?) app on their iPhone. Simply, they took a photo on their phone of a page of a document and, instead of it showing as a photo, it showed as a pdf document - like magic!

Does anyone know what app this might be?

Have looked on Apple store under ‘Hewlett Packard’ and ‘HP’ but nothing much jumps out at me.

Just use notes. Click on the camera option and there is an option to scan in documents.

Yes I use camscanner, it's really good

Ms Office lens is good. It also translates pages of a book etc into a word document for you
