What’s causing lower left abdominal pain?

I’ve had ultrasound scan (internal and external) to check ovary but all ok they said. But I’ve got this burning pain which settles then flares up again. Worse on moving, coughing etc. it’s been there for a couple of months but I don’t know what else it could be. Trying to get through to my gp is almost impossible but I think I need to as I just want an answer. It’s starting to worry me now about the possible cause.

I had this on my right side. I had multiple scans which came back clear so I had investigative surgery and it turned out my intestines were stuck to the inside of my abdomen (adhesion). I had it removed but as it's scar tissue, it'll just keep sticking and after 4 years, the pain has returned although not as bad.

I hope you get some answers soon.

I have had similar. It moves Up my side sometimes though but generally lower left. Had scans, blood tests and sigmoidoscopy. All clear. So it’s either IBS or possibly diverticulitis.
