Best dog friendly pub/restaurant in new forest

Can anyone recommend somewhere nice to eat. We’ll have our very well behaved dog with us and just want to go somewhere nice for food on Sunday evening. We’ll be near Lymington but can drive as needed.

Monkey Brewhouse in Lymington, superb food and service, lovely Sunday lunch, lovely wine, not too pricey, very atmospheric a d dog friendly.

The Compass Inn, in Winsor but only if not taking children. Famous locally for being very dog friendly.....but very child unfriendly.
