So it's mine and my boyfriends anniversary 3 days before my due date and I really want to do something nice for him but I'm not sure what with being so pregnant 🤔 I can't really walk far without being in pain and all what I can think of is food and a movie but that's not exactly special 🙄

I mean it is what it is OP!! you’ll be VERY pregnant. You might even have had the baby or be in labour.

Can’t you celebrate either a bit earlier (I’d do late so I could have champagne personally)

He should be taking charge and doing something nice for you really…

@SmidgenofaPigeon he's been working loads recently and then we're going to be really busy with a newborn so I wanted to do something nice for him 🤷‍♀️

It's as special as you make it.

I couldn't move 3 days before my due date so something easy in the house and celebrate properly at some point after baby has arrived

I was 36 weeks pregnant on mine and we went for a walk on the beach, he kept up with our kids and I waddled behind, we then took the kids to soft play and had a Nandos. We ended up at his aunties in the evening and they bought everyone pizza and us a cake with 7 candles for our anniversary.

Shouldn't he be planning something for your anniversary too? A meal out or in with some candles, music might be nice. All depends on how you feel tbh, some people are still active that close to their due date.

Well food and a movie is not something you are going to be doing for a while so it is special! And you’re very pregnant. You might have a baby by then…

I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant and it’s just been our wedding anniversary. We went out for dinner at our local pub which I suppose on the face of it doesn’t sound very ‘special’ at all but we’re both very aware we will soon have very limited opportunity to simply sit and enjoy each other’s company over a lovely dinner, and it was honestly the most wonderful evening.
