I'm stuck in a premier inn with a child who is in severe ear pain has had all calpol I have no nurofen with me and I cannot access nhs direct on my phone (English but on holiday in wales)

Having them rest their ear on a hot flannel may help temporarily, if reception can’t provide any nurofen

If you let the bathroom water run hot then wet and squeeze out.
