Simply b - is it free returns

Want to order some things to try and then send some back. Can't work out if it's free to return or not. Does anyone know?

Yes I think returns are free as you have paid a delivery charge (in most cases)

Yes it is, I had a Simply Be account for years

You buy the clothes (either outright or on a credit account) and pay for them plus the postage and you get a returns label inside the parcel

You can drop off at any post office to return the parcel and you don't pay anything for the return post
