Can anyone help me understand these kilt labels?

I'm looking at buying a kilt for DS from Vinted and there are two listings in the right tartan. Both seem to have the same label which says 9"/10" but I'm not sure what that means?

One is listed as aged 5 and one is listed as aged 9... I'm not sure where the ages are coming from and if one of them is mistaken. I've attached photos of the labels from each of the listings.

Does anyone happen to know? I could message them and ask but thought I'd check first in case I'm being daft (very likely).

I think it's to do with the length and width of the material.

Hm. Not sure -- a kids' kilt would normally be somewhere between 16 and 19 inches in length.

Are they definitely not skirts in kilt fabric? They're usually shorter.

They look like proper kilts (other than being polyester/wool mix). I've attached another photo from one of the listings but they look the same.

I'll message the sellers. I'd rather buy second hand if I can but it's been a struggle to find the right thing!

Ah it's nice, I hope it turns out to be the right size!

Thanks - me too! Smile

This is a children's size guide from one of the big kilt makers, a 9" / 10" doesn't make any sense compared to these! I'd ask the buyer for measurements of length from waistband to hem and waistband.
