Trapped wind STILL at 1 years old. HELP!

Since my baby was a couple of days old she has been having issues with trapped wind although throughout her life I have tried many things consistently to help her

I learned she had cmpa so I changed her milk to neocate which I thought would fix the issues of her tummy and allow her to sleep peacefully without wriggling. She suffered with reflux when on normal milk but now doesn’t have it when on special milk so I know it’s not reflux.

For a couple of months I did think it was silent reflux so I tried gaviscon, lansoprazole, omeprazole, fennel tea, cot wedge, sling, burping her a lot, smaller feeds more often, eliminating any reflux flaring feeds, loose clothing, carobel and other thickeners she reacted to and more. So then I gave up and realised it was not reflux

I then realised it must be trapped wind so I tried many things for that too including anti colic bottles, gripe water, cool boiled water, dentinox colic drops, comfort milk, tummy time, organic milk, infacol, probiotics, babocush, fennel tea, massages, bicycle kicks, burping every 2 ounces and after feeds, put her on neocate, pacefeeding, keep her upright after meals, putting her on her tummy to sleep and so much more

Her diet is healthy and she does not have any constipating foods. I have tried a low fibre diet and a high fibre diet to see if it makes any difference but it still doesn’t

I have tried to get advice from doctors and paediatrician but they’re no help. Paediatrician said it can be normal but I don’t think so at this age and with the amount of things I’ve tried that isn’t working for her.

I called the doctors a few days ago because I just had enough. They diagnosed her with chronic constipation and so I thought I’ve finally got an answer and it’ll cure her.

She’s been on laxatives (laxido powder) which helped her to go toilet but she STILL has trapped wind. The doctor said it should make it go away. I don’t know what else to do. I have tried so much.

I have now booked an appointment with osteopath which I have doubts for as nothing has worked. I just feel hopeless and tired of it all.

Just to add she had a very bad tongue tie that was cut. Still no difference
