I took a Facebook sabbatical due to a work issue and when I went back i found that the lovely BOF has passed away.

We often chatted on messenger.

Is there a woolly hug being done - I can't knit or crochet but I can donate.

I cried today as I went back on social media only to realise I had missed her . I feel quite numb .

Thanks so much for the signpost. The phone won't let me reply but I'll get the laptop out .

We'd talked on phone a few times and I just can't believe our last chat on messenger was our last . And as always she was thinking about others in that last chat . I knew she was terminal - but I didn't get to say goodbye.

Just so sad she was such an amazing lady .

I 'knew' her from the cancer thread. Funnily enough, I was only thinking of her this morning. She touched more lives than she ever knew. I liked her style. Did she ever get to her tree-house? Whatever, I'm sure she stayed true to herself till the very end. So sad.
