Hi. Any advice or support that it will get better. I'm 35 with 2 children, youngest being 8. I'm overweight and since I had kids have leaked urine which I jus got on with, but it's become more frequent now and can actually smell myself which is very embarrassing. I've jus ordered a kegal machine which wasn't cheap and will def try and loose weight. Anyone been in same situation and can give me words of hope it will get better

Poor you. You don't have to suffer like that. See your GP and get yourself referred to a physiotherapist. There's non-invasive treatment available that will help.

Legal and speak to your GP. Absolutely no reason to suffer with this. It’s generally very treatable.

There are community continence services as well as specialist physios. Please speak to your GP and get a referral so you do not have to suffer any longer.
