Does this sound like an STI? UTI? Something else?

Name changed for this. Trying to give enough information for people to help without oversharing.

For almost a month now, I've felt itchy around my vulva. Not an itch that makes me want to scratch, but more like I'm constantly reminded that the skin there exists, if that makes sense? For a few weeks I felt like I needed to pee a lot, but now it's back to normal. Sometimes I feel a slight pressure in my vagina. There's no rash or warts or anything, though sometimes it looks a little more red than usual. There's no pain or unusual discharge. So main symptoms are an 'itch' and pressure.

Tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia came back negative. All the symptoms started the day after my ex broke up with me, so I think it's potentially anxiety related but I thought it would have stopped by now because I no longer feel anxious.

I also had some aching in my hips the first few days, but no more pain since.

Anyone able to help?

I guess the best advice is to see your GP. But it could be thrush.
