low potassium

I have low potassium levels, I was given 3 days of sandoK, but the levels are still low. What could be the reasons for this anyone?

There are millions of reasons. Whoever’s diagnosed it is the best person to ask because they’ll know about any other medical problems you have, medications/diet/supplements that may be relevant, what the rest of your electrolytes and your kidneys are up to, etc
