Need help with vape juice before I give up and go back to smoking..

Been a smoker for 15 years and have wanted to stop for a while, I did stop a few years ago when I had a vape, I stopped vaping due to breaking my vape when I dropped it and also, I couldn't really taste much flavour from the juices.

Anyway, I bit the bullet the other day and ordered a new vape (geekvape aegis solo) and after looking at juices for ages I ordered unicorn blood and isle of custard, I can't taste either of them, I can smell it, but no flavour from either of them, In the past I tried rejuiced, onepoundliquid, dinnerlady and a few from various vape shops.

I really do want to stop smoking, I'm ready to do it and don't want to give this up, But also, I don't want to spend a fortune on liquids if I'm not going to be able to taste any of them, I just spent £20 on the two mentioned above. A friend recently recommended double drip coil salt if anyone here has tried it?

Can anyone point me in the right direction of juices that have a strong flavour? Not bothered about clouds! I'm vaping 6mg but also tried 3mg.

I don't like tobacco flavours and not too keen on vanilla, watermelon or menthol/mints but everything else is fine..

Never found any juices that great, so when all is said and done you might as well get 10ml bottles of 88Vape for £1 from Poundland or Asda.

Don't give up, vapes are a good stepping stone to giving up nicotine completely.

Have you set your wattage too high or low?

Are you using the right PG/VG ratio juice for your set up?

It seems odd to not get any flavour in a properly set up vape kit.

I've found the ones in the small 10ml bottles taste strongest. I get the 88vape ones, either from eBay or the supermarket. They're usually about a £1 a bottle. There's also a vape shop near me that sell their own brand 10ml but they're more expensive (3 for a tenner) but they have a good range of flavours and strengths. Also The Range near me sell a lot of 88vape and they also have a good selection of flavours.

I don't bother at all with the big bottles that you put nicotine in yourself. Every one I've had has been tasteless (and I've tried a few). Keep at it though. I actually prefer vaping to smoking these days.

Dh uses strawberry from vapeland, I've just tried it and it's definitely strawberry like. Can use the code 15%off

I've just looked up your kit and it's not really an ideal kit for a new vaper. You really need to be looking at kits for mouth to lung vaping, and not anything that says 'sub ohm'.

I would recommend this kit:

  • and use it with the 1.6 ohm coils.
