My best guess is "over ride for (something) urine" but any help working out what it actually says would be hugely appreciated!?

(Context is a medical test form)

Override for haem limit? As in haemoglobin

Haem short for haematology?

Haem= blood

Override for haem clinic?

Yes I think it is override for haem limit

That would make perfect sense it's relating to blood cancer. Thank you so so so much.
