48 years old, history of right sided low abdo pain, 10 years ago ultrasound showed a ‘bulky’ uterus.
This issue has continued on and off over the years as well as worsening self diagnosed IBS, it’s now got to the point that my stomach is very often dodgy and I’ve had several bowel accidents, loose stools, absolutely no control, it will just come out. I now have to wear inco pads if I go anywhere as I constantly have the fear it will happen.
I often feel like I have a UTI, especially around ovulation, I get up multiple times in the night to use the loo. I have low right sided discomfort a lot of the time, often feel bloated, burp loads, have had the odd ‘gallbladder’ type attack but an ultrasound showed no issue.
I just feel a mess of symptoms and don’t know where to start.
Anyone else have this kind of thing? I feel that peri menopause may be a part of the worsening symptoms. I took a cymalon yesterday for the UTI feeling then had a full bowel accident (embarrassing in work) a few hours afterwards and my lower stomach today feel like I’ve been kicked.
I’ve finally had enough and booked a GP appt for later.
