Cycle with one child in the back of my bike and one child on front? Obviously both in child seats.

Your skill abs experience!
The roads and level of traffic?

I regularly see people cycling with babies in slings or carriers. I’ve even seen one in a baking tray bolted to the front of the bike…

I don’t know. I’d worry the bike would fall easily when you’re stopping. Wouldn’t a pull along thing be safer?

Do a risk assessment. What could happen if you lost your balance or someone ran into you? I am being a bit dramatic - but it’s not just you that you need to worry about. Are you on a main road? Are you on a designated cycle path - because you can’t cycle on an ordinary pavement?

I’d get stabilisers or swap bicycle for a tricycle.

i haven't done it but seen others doing it (including a lady about 5' tall). Josie Dew put 2 big kids on a triplet with baby in the trailer. She writes about those adventures.
