I have set up a secondary account on Instagram which I will use for my professional life. I have followed a few big companies and have gained some random followers, but I haven't put a photo/name/bio or posted anything yet.
I get notifications on this account such as "Follow Bob Jones, Jill Smith, Eric Wilson and others you know to see their photos and videos" (fake names!). These have always been people I follow on my other (linked) Instagram account so I didn't think it was weird that it says "others you know" and not "others you MAY know". But recently one of the suggestions was someone I don't follow on my other account. I don't have the person on any social media, don't have their phone number or email address (I used to have this person on all social media and have contact details but don't anymore, in fact we had each other blocked for a while).
Why is this person listed as someone I know? Am I looking too much into it, and it's just suggesting that I may know them?
