A few videos doing the rounds recently on social media of groups of young women mobbing Matt Hancock and singing how much they love him and manhandling him. He seemed to be enjoying the attention.

What is it that sends so many women crazy for the man?

I’ve seen it on TikTok. Basically a rowdy group of young women at a tube station realise the man they think they know is actually Matt Hancock. They then pose for selfies with him, chat to him and get on the same train and loudly sing ‘we love you Matt we do’.

The video ends with the girls pinching his hat and running of the train and he appears to get off the train with them, then they take more selfies with him. In fairness to him he takes it in very good humour.

Boris Johnson has found plenty of women happy to procreate with him, so it's unsurprising that there are similar women keen to fawn over Hancock.

And yes he did appear to be enjoying it. He actively engages and chats with them.

It made me laugh actually not going to lie

The press are implying he’s back with his wife and they holidayed together in Cornwall last week. I wonder what’s happened to that Gina women he was caught banging?

He’s going to be rehabilitated isn’t he? Someone on Twitter has said the public developed an affection for him over the course of the last eighteen months and I think there’s truth in that, they’re not making fun of him and he’s loving.

BTW @LaurieFairyCake where did you hear the other woman was with them on Cornwall? I can’t find anything to back that up and the press would be all over it if it were true. I thought she was back living with her husband and kids?

Why are women so drawn to him?

It’s bizarre. Last year he was being interviewed live on the news while standing in the street and some passer by screamed his name and that they loved him. He blushed but you could tell he loved it!

He’s very endearing. I’m condoning his behaviour, but he made a very human mistake. Of course the bitter ex wives on MN are going to hate him, but you don’t know what goes on in people’s marriages and I certainly don’t think he’s the devil incarnate like some think he is. If his wife can be civil enough for still go on holiday with him that’s up to her, I doubt anyone forced her to go ahead with it.

I wouldn’t be at all of he has a hot young girlfriend by the end of the year. That’ll make certain posters on here foam at the mouth!

I can believe it. They all seem the same. Boris with his much younger wife, George Osborne has had a baby with his younger ex aide. They’re all so bloody cliched!

I actually think he’s hired a PR team to get positive stories into the paper.
He quite obviously called the paps to take staged hammy photos of himself body surfing in the Mail.
He is shameless.

I agree the pap shots of him on the beach were staged, but you can’t really stage something like what happened to him on the tube. I actually saw it by accident early this morning by chance, hours before it went viral and it had been up for at least 24 hours by then.
