I have red oily looking sores under my boob and kinda worried what it could be i have had itchy boobs for like 8 months but thought could be washing power but hasn't changed and now the sores have popped up what could it be thank you

Another vote for fungal infection. Some cream from the doc cleared mine up

Just came on to agree with the others. I had this and cream cleared it up quite quickly. It happens if you get a bit sweaty under there.

I keep a wee tube of the daktarin intensive that's for jock itch and if I notice some redness will apply that for a couple of days to stop it getting worse.
