Hey guys.... just a quick one...doesn't anyone experience spotting on 2-3 days leading upto your period? Mine seems to be brought on more my a bowel movment. But only 2-3 days before period is due. Is this normal or something to worry about?!
Emma xx 🙂🙂

Perhaps it is your period starting but just really light at the start, before it gets going properly?

Normal for me too.

Normal here.

Normal for me too.
2 days really light spotting
3 days heavy
3- 4 days gradually getting lighter again.

@Islasmummy123 Hello. Did you get any firm conclusions at all on your spotting as I have this :)

Islasmummy123 · 15/03/2024 09:35

Hey! Not a massive clarification no but nothing serious .. still happens now. I had a pelvic ultrasound and blood work and it was out down to a " hormone imbalance" still happens every month since I stopped taking birth control.

@Islasmummy123 Thanks for replying. I've had scans and all clear. Waiting to see gynae. Did you see a gynae or did the GP do your blood work? I think it seems like I might have the same as you and it be hormonal as they can't find anything else 😊

I had to wait 18months for a gyno app... got there and they just said " hormone imbalance" was the issue looking at everything ...and that I could only stop it by going back on birth control which I didn't want to do. I hope you find the answers... only other symptom of hormone imbalance I have is my hair falls out like there is no tomorrow. Xx
