I had an eBay parcel to be delivered to Argos. I checked the tracking and found it never arrived and was signed for at the postal depot. Someone had put the signature CV19 - bit sick really. I feel gutted as this parcel was something special and cannot be bought again. I have a refund but still want the item. Is it worth going to the postal depot? I have heard stories about ‘missing parcels’ over the past year. The postal workers may have known what it was as it was jewellery item and items usually have to be declared.
