I was just wondering - does anyone actually check the result of your covid test post travel, or whether it was done on correct day? Ie if you ordered a test, and it arrived late, say day 3 rather than 2, would anyone know? Do you have to go back and enter your test results somewhere? I know they have all the reference numbers, etc so they could check if they needed to, but do they?
