No such thing as too much tea, I recommend chocolate hobnobs for dunking.

I've taken to making 2 huge travel mugs and sipping throughout the day. Contigo is the BEST and keeps the tea warm for hours. Yorkshire tea obvs.

I drink tea and coffee from morning til night every day haha, never considered how many cups I’ve had!!

I have decaf after 2pm as too much caffeine isn't great for you.

You could just try some hot water, it's sometimes surprisingly just as refreshing!

I chain smoke tea sometimes
