amozen money taken out the bank but money still there

id try and explain this the best i can.
i placed an order in Amozen on Wednesday Money pending from balance. stuff arrived next day so all good. today i noticed amozen wasn't a pending transaction and money is back to non pending. So there is no trace on amozen in my account and no money taken out or pending. Im with santander and i will obviously not spend the money but wtaf is going on?

It may yet still come out. Either way I'd assume they will at some point take payment so wouldn't spend the money.

Perhaps jump on the live chat with them and ask, or ask your bank.
