Any professional hairdressers available to help? Toner?

I have very light hair now - to the extent where my hairdresser no longer needs to bleach my hair to have it very light ash blonde. She tones it with a silvery blonde and touch of violet toner, and I want to buy a tint and developer so I can just put it in myself.
Any recommendations as to what to buy? I want to go to Sally's and get proper stuff, I tried colour freedom/ bleach London and it didnt do much.
Thanks in advance

I use wella color touch and mix with their 1.9% developer.
I'm not a hairdresser but have mastered colouring my own hair. It will depend on the level your hair is now as to what tones you can get.
Hopefully the picture I've attached works, it's the basics of it. Then look at their color chart and see the colours.
Also look up the colour wheel, if you have a yellow tone in your hair now then a purple based toner will neutralise it as purple is opposite yellow etc..
